A "Junior" Architect in this context is typically a senior-level developer transitioning into architecture, responsible for the technical integrity of the deal workflow's build.
Experience: 10+ years of total IT experience, with at least 3 5 years purely focused on hands-on Salesforce development and design.
Must-Have Skills:
o Technical Design: Ability to design scalable data models and secure architectures that align with customer's enterprise standards.
o Hands-on Development: Proficiency in writing Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and complex Flows to automate deal approvals.
o DevOps & Deployment: Experience with automated release management tools like Gearset or Flosum, managing CI/CD pipelines across sandboxes.
o Rich Salesforce Sales Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud experience for B2B Pharma selling and Patient Services respectively
Good-to-Have Skills:
o Certifications: Salesforce Certified System or Application Architect (part of the Journey to CTA).
o Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with MuleSoft or SAP-to-Salesforce data handshakes for financial auditing of deals.
Key Success Metric: Ensuring the workflow is bulletproof and follows best practices to avoid technical debt during future scaling.
