We’re seeking energetic, outgoing, and well connected promoters to join our team at a vibrant nightclub. If you love nightlife, enjoy networking, and know how to bring the right crowd, this role is perfect for you. Your main goal will be to promote the venue, attract guests, and drive table and bottle service sales, creating an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the nightclub through social media, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, influencers, and VIP clients
- Drive table reservations and bottle service sales
- Organize guest lists, manage reservations, and assist with private events
- Ensure guests have an exceptional experience throughout the night
- Collaborate with management on promotions and marketing efforts
- Attend major nightlife events and hotspots to boost venue traffic
Requirements:
- Must be 19 years or older
- Outgoing personality with a strong network in nightlife, hospitality, or social scenes
- Proven ability to bring paying guests and secure high value table bookings
- A strong social media presence is a plus
- Experience in sales and customer service is preferred
- Availability to work nights and weekends
