Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor ( Seasonal 15th July to 30th September 2026)to oversee daily cleaning operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial and commercial cleaning, with proven leadership skills to manage housekeeping staff effectively. This role offers an opportunity to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Monitor cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members based on priority and workload.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage.
- Address any guest or staff concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Enforce safety procedures and promote a culture of safety among housekeeping staff.
- Prepare reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply needs for management review.
Requirements
- Proven custodial or commercial cleaning experience, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and standards.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a housekeeping or custodial setting preferred.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with staff and guests.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate attention to detail, and uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; prior experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
