We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow digital sales channels for a major apparel retailer in Montreal!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute the e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals
- Own key performance metrics (revenue, margin, traffic, conversion, acquisition)
- Lead and develop internal teams with a performance-driven mindset
- Optimize the full digital customer journey and improve UX/CRO
- Work with merchandising to promote key products and campaigns
- Align e-commerce activity with the 360° marketing calendar
- Manage paid media strategy (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic)
- Oversee agency performance, budgets, and ROI
- Ensure strong alignment between media, brand, and business goals
- Develop SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and visibility
- Oversee keyword planning, content optimization, and backlink strategy
- Define KPIs and reporting dashboards with analytics teams
- Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with IT, operations, logistics, customer service, and creative teams
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Coordinate external partners and digital vendors
- Stay up to date with digital trends and identify growth opportunities
- Recommend and implement new tools and strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- 7–10 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Strong experience in paid media, SEO, and CRO
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and agencies
- Strong analytical skills (GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong communication skills; English & French required
