What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
The Welcome Committee: Being the first friendly face guests see after a long day of travel.
The Truro Expert: Sharing your secret knowledge of the best local pizza or the quickest route to a hidden gem in town.
The Magic Maker: Turning a "standard stay" into a "best stay ever" by anticipating what a guest needs before they even ask.
The Tech Specialist: Navigating our systems with the speed and precision of a pro gamer (but with much better customer service).
The Must-Haves: A smile that is genuinely contagious. The ability to juggle tasks—like checking in a guest while handling a phone inquiry—without ever losing your cool or your sense of humor.
A love for people. We aren't just selling rooms; we’re hosting neighbors.
Reliability. We need someone who is as dependable as our world-famous waffles.
