Vector Yacht Services is looking for a BOATYARD ASSISTANT to help in all areas of our work shop and boat yard! This may include (but is not limited to) operating our 50T Marine Travelift machine, 45T hydraulic yard trailer and/or 2x electric forklifts. Additional tasks include pressure washing/cleaning vessels up to 70ft, assisting our marine technicians on various projects and general maintenance/upkeep of our boat yard. On the job training is provided, but previous experience is an asset. Wages depend on qualifications and experience.
This is a full-time position and the successful candidate would be working Monday – Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm. We are closed over long weekends and for approximately 2 weeks in December/January. Benefits will include extended health and dental coverage after 3 months of successful employment.
