Attli Construction is looking for motivated sales representatives to help homeowners build legal basement suites, garage suites, home additions, and renovation projects throughout Calgary.
What You'll Do
- Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, door knocking, social media, and community outreach.
- Meet homeowners and understand their project goals.
- Book appointments for our technical and estimating team.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Help clients through the sales process.

Compensation
- Commission Only
- Earn 8–12% of gross profit on every completed project.
- Performance bonuses available for consistent results.
- No cap on earnings.
Ideal Candidate
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable meeting new people.
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Must have access to a vehicle.
