Job Summary
Depending on the event, your role could look like:
- Serving coffee, espresso drinks, cold brew, lemonade, and specialty beverages out of the Airstream or an event booth
- Ringing guests through on our POS system and handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Supporting drink prep, restocking, and keeping the workspace clean and guest-ready throughout the event
- Street team activations — distributing samples, coupons, or branded materials and representing Artigiano in the community
- Outreach to local businesses (dropping off coffee, building brand presence)
- Setting up and breaking down event stations
- Delivering a warm, memorable guest experience at every touchpoint
What We're Looking For
- You're a people person — outgoing, warm, and genuinely enjoy engaging with the public
- You can hold your own in a fast-paced, high-energy environment without missing a beat
- You're reliable and take pride in showing up on time and ready to go
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or food & beverage is a bonus — but not a dealbreaker
- Coffee knowledge is a plus; enthusiasm to learn is a must
- Comfortable with basic cash handling and POS systems
- Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends throughout the summer
- Must be available for a mix of events — exact schedule varies, with advance notice provided
