ALLL SIZE PERFORATING LTD. is seeking a reliable and skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our production equipment and facility remain fully operational. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and committed to minimizing downtime while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact when equipment or machinery breaks down
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Ensure all machinery and building systems remain fully operational
- Assist production as needed to support workflow
- Be available to stay late or come in early when urgent repairs are required
- Follow all company safety procedures and site policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Support and contribute to the preventative maintenance program
- Document maintenance work, repairs, and inspections
- Coordinate with team members to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with lathe and milling machines
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Welding experience or skills
Assets:
· Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts
- Familiarity with automated production equipment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in a shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
