Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Breakfast & Laundry Attendant to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining the complimentary breakfast area, completing daily laundry duties, and helping ensure guests have a clean and enjoyable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Breakfast Duties
- Set up and prepare the complimentary breakfast each morning.
- Ensure all food items are stocked, fresh, and presented according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service.
- Refill food, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and equipment after breakfast service.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
Laundry Duties
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items.
- Ensure laundry is completed efficiently to meet daily hotel needs.
- Inspect linens and towels for damage or stains and report any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room.
- Operate laundry equipment safely and according to hotel procedures.
- Assist with stocking housekeeping closets and linen storage areas when required.
General Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests and assist with basic guest inquiries.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist other departments when needed to support hotel operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel, food service, housekeeping, or laundry experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Schedule
- Part-time /full-time positions available.
- Primarily morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
