Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of fences, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Experience with hand tools, and power tools is highly desirable.
Duties
- Measure and mark designated areas for fence posts and panels according to project plans
- Operate power tools including drills, saws, and augers.
- Install various fencing materials such as wire, wood, chain link, or ornamental fences with precision
- Ensure all fences are level, secure, and meet safety standards
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris and ensuring proper safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or fencing installation is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Class 3 is ideal but not required.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites is essential
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid drivers license is required.
