Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic supply chain team. This role is integral to managing inventory levels, optimizing warehouse distribution, and supporting procurement processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and experience in demand planning and materials management. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to process improvements and streamline order fulfillment operations within a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of this position and not just follow directions, someone who is a team player and is reliable , consistent and process-driven.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers via email, phone and warehouse portals
- Process customer orders accurately and on time, including data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other internal systems
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations team (receiving, shipping, inventory) to ensure smooth execution of customer requests
- Organize and input orders into our WMS and monitor inventory levels of different SKUs on behalf of our customers
- Generate inbound and outbound documents and coordinate with the applicable teams in processing customer order instructions
- Monitor order status and provide customers with updates on shipment, inventory, and service inquiries
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, discrepancies, or service concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and documentation
- Support daily administrative tasks including preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and filing documents
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, or retail management roles with a focus on inventory coordination.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, AS400, or similar platforms; familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets for analysis and decision-making purposes; excellent analytical skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
