Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Nurse to join our aesthetic and wellness team, specializing in Botox, dermal fillers, IV drip therapy, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of sanitation protocols, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Duties
- Administer Botox, fillers, IV drips, and other aesthetic treatments following established medical protocols.
- Provide exceptional guest services by educating clients on procedures, aftercare, and product options.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe treatment environment.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Conduct product demos and upsell relevant skincare or wellness products to enhance client results.
- Support retail sales efforts through engaging communication and personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Keep detailed documentation of treatments performed and client progress.
Experience
- Valid nursing license with experience in aesthetic or cosmetic procedures preferred but not required; relevant medical background is essential.
- Prior experience in customer service, guest services, or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control protocols in clinical settings.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and products.
- Experience with body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
