Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met consistently.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that align with restaurant goals.
- Monitor food presentation and quality to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Assist in managing kitchen schedules and staff assignments.
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food service management.
