Our Inside Sales Agent is the most important call anyone makes. You are the reason our Advisors have someone to sit across from. You are the bridge between a stranger in our database and a client who trusts us with one of the biggest decisions of their life.
This is a full-time, high-volume sales role for someone who is wired to connect, convert, and win — and who wants the environment of a team and the ability to work from home, on their own terms.
What You'll Do
You'll work a pipeline of leads — cold, warm, and everywhere in between — and your job is to find the people who are ready to move. You'll qualify them, earn enough trust in a single conversation to book the next one, and hand them off to our Advisors with an appointment locked in.
That's it. No transactions. No paperwork. No listings. Just conversations that convert.
You will make a lot of calls. You will hear a lot of no's. And when you find the yes — when someone decides they're ready to move — you'll feel it.
Who You Are
You don't dread the phone. You pick it up before you think about it.
You're not discouraged by rejection — you're curious about it. What did they mean by that? How do I come back stronger next time?
You like people. Actually like them. Not as a strategy — as a personality trait.
You've probably spent time in a high-volume phone environment — the kind where the metrics are real and the expectations are clear. You're good at it. But you want to own your schedule and work from home. This is that.
You want to be part of something growing, not something coasting.
What This Is Not
Yes, you'll book appointments. Yes, you'll reorganize them when life happens. But you're not doing it as an administrator — you're doing it as a closer. Every interaction is a sales conversation. There is no clock-in, wait-for-instructions, pass-the-time version of this role. You own the outcome of every conversation you have.
What You Need
- A valid BC real estate license — or actively completing your licensing now
- A competitive instinct you don't have to manufacture
- The ability to have 100 conversations a week and bring real energy to every one of them
- Preferably based in Kamloops, BC
