Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Assist with food preparation and food safety procedures to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food safety compliance
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Support team members with general duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Experience
- Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Experience in serving, food preparation, and food safety practices is desirable
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $18.20-$19.85 per hour
