The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, assisting with cash handling, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.

- Cash Handling experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
- Must be at least 19 years old and possess a valid Smart Serve certification
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for creating a memorable guest experience
- A culinary or hospitality degree/diploma is an asset

- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology and a diverse range of beverages.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume periods.
- Familiarity with cultural nuances, especially Indian cuisine, is a plus.
- TIPS or Smart Serve certification.
