Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and technical explanations to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in upselling and suggest complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products attractively on shelves and displays
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store services
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times
- Demonstrate effective time management to balance multiple customer interactions efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in technology or electronics sectors
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities such as Spanish or other languages are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features clearly
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods
- Phone etiquette skills for professional communication over the phone
- Previous experience in upselling or cross-selling is advantageous
