## Overview
We are seeking a skilled First Mate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations and possess mechanical knowledge to assist in maintaining the vessel.
## Duties
- Assist the Captain in navigating the vessel and ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew
- Supervise deckhands and coordinate daily tasks onboard
- Maintain and repair mechanical components and other as needed
- Oversee loading and unloading of passengers
- Stand watch duties as required during voyages
- MED for Certified Crew
- SEN course. Training can be provided
## Experience
- Prior experience as a First Mate, posses an unrestricted Mates over 60 Ton Certificate
- Proficiency in operations and maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with crew members and passengers
