Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Staff member to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our customers, managing daily operations at the front desk, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual, and have experience in sales and data entry. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly preferred to effectively serve our diverse clientele. Duties
- Greet guests and take orders
- Operate POS systems accurately
- Serve food and beverages courteously
- Maintain dining & front area cleanliness
- Handle payments and customer questions
- Work collaboratively with kitchen & management
Skills
- Proven experience in food industry roles such as serving, barista work, or food service is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Previous experience in food preparation or cashiering is a plus
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Warm, friendly communication skills
