About the Role
As a Trucknomics Sales Representative, you will be the face of our recruitment division — building relationships with carriers, presenting our staffing solutions, and driving growth across Ontario and beyond.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in logistics, understands fleet challenges, and knows how to close.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the trucking industry and has a proven track record in driver recruitment or staffing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and onboard new trucking companies needing AZ drivers
- Build strong relationships with fleet owners, safety managers, dispatch teams, and HR departments
- Present recruitment services, pricing, and customized staffing solutions
- Follow up on warm leads, schedule consultations, and close contracts
- Maintain CRM records and manage a full sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Must have experience in sales in a similar role as Sales Representative for AZ driver recruitment in trucking or job agencies
- Strong understanding of trucking operations, AZ driver roles, and compliance
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel within GTA when required
