We are a successful and growing auto glass replacement company in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba
We have an immediate opening for a Full time Shop Assistant to join our team in Winnipeg.
If you are looking to enter the automotive industry but are confused on where to start, this is a great position for you! This position exposes you to mechanics and body shop environments, with the option to train to become a Certified Auto Glass Technician if you choose to pursue it. For the right candidate, we will provide all training in house.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
***Valid Canadian Class 5 Drivers license*** with 2 years minimum driving experience
***Able to provide a clean drivers abstract***
(If you are under 23 years old and have even one speeding ticket, don't bother applying, unfortunately we won't be able to insure you)
Professional grooming and attitude
Positive enthusiastic demeanour - Willing to learn!
Good working knowledge of Winnipeg
Job duties include:
Safely driving Customer and company vehicles
Loading and unloading windshields and parts
Assisting Technicians with preparing glass and vehicles
Regular pickups and deliveries
This position starts at $18/hour
