Hands-on production role focused on breaking down whole tuna into loins using a band saw. Responsible for precision cuts, yield, and consistent product quality within a fast-paced seafood processing environment.

Trim and portion tuna to meet specifications

Education & Experience Requirements (Required)

Direct experience with tuna loining
-
Experience operating band saws in production

Understanding of yield, quality, and product handling

Experience in seafood processing environment Strong Plus

Experience with high-volume seafood operations

Strong speed and consistency in cutting

Experience with multiple species or processing lines

Work Environment
