SHIFT: Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end returns processes from the RMA through freight returns and returned goods processing.
- Creating BOL’s for appropriate return orders to vendors.
- Maintaining a good working relationship with the hub dispatch to coordinate in city store returns.
- Complying to strict scheduling with the vendors to acquire the appropriate RMA.
- Seek industry and organizational best practices; determine value and drive change where appropriate to gain efficiencies.
- Ensure all reverse logistics documentation is performed with accuracy & efficiency.
- Maintain targets, objectives, and goals throughout the warehouse and driver return process.
- Implement/supervise safe practices and ensure all are compliant with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complete daily return log.
- Maintain warehouse product placement.
- Lead process for loading returns, staging and proper tagging.
- Coordinate communications effectively with internal and external clients.
- Time to Process, Tracking Time, Recovery Rate on Returned Goods, and Contract Compliance.
- 14. Able to load plan with daily trailers to ensure consistent flow of RVL goods within the network
- Ensure return paperwork is properly filled out/attached to product.
- Load rounder trailers every Wednesday & Friday with appropriate MTH return product
- Oversees the returns area, organizes items and areas for drivers when offloading.
- Printing off return slips to be attached to each specific return item.
- Organize pieces into specific return areas and stage them when BOL has been created to send off the appropriate pieces.
- Assist team with trailer loading for outbound product
- Ensuring the staging lines are tagged.
- Using Airtable to track daily returns and for looking up all relevant information.
- Maintaining scheduled email to Best Buy for all return pieces to receive approval and BOL.
- Communicate and work with staff to ensure the proper movement of materials in the warehouse.
- Interact with dispatchers and customer service to work as a team when shipping and receiving trailers
- Actively communicate with supervisor and operators to effectively handle required business levels
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and effectively
- Extra hours will be required for retail sales seasons and promotions and physical inventories.
- Responsible for the direction of the warehouse team by participating in shift planning, organizing
- priorities, assigning work and ensuring the understanding of company policy, procedures, performance
- and health and safety standards
- Monitor daily employee work assignments and follow up on performance results and responsibilities.
- Assist in creating and maintaining an environment that promotes positive communication within the
- facility as well as fostering teamwork within the operation
- Assist in the additional training of employees as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
