Position Summary
The Production Worker will manufacture wood and plastics products as assigned by the Supervisor while meeting daily productions targets! The ideal candidate will be focused, task oriented, learns quickly and proactive in fostering a positive workplace culture. This is a permanent full time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Able to safely operate machinery and equipment
- Understand and follow quality standards as laid out in Standard Operating Procedures
- Monitor the equipment for malfunctions or abnormalities and at times perform routine maintenance tasks on machines
- Assemble, inspect, and package products efficiently ensuring only quality products go out
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training
- Ability to identify and address mechanical or operational problems to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production

Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 3+ years of general labour in a production/warehouse environment.
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Operational knowledge of power tools
- Must provide a clean Criminal Record Check within the last 6 months
