Join a High-Performance Sports Rehabilitation Team
Technical Touch: Performance & Sport Rehab is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Physiotherapist or Resident Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Vaughan.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about sports rehabilitation, enjoys working in an active, collaborative environment, and wants to develop their skills with athletes of all levels—from youth athletes to collegiate, semi-professional, and professional competitors.
Our clinic treats approximately 80% athletic populations and 20% general orthopaedic cases, providing an exciting caseload for therapists who enjoy movement-based rehabilitation and return-to-sport programming.
Our 2300+ sq. ft. facility includes:
- Three private treatment rooms
- A fully equipped performance gym
- Two squat racks
- Turf training area
- Dumbbells, barbells, trap bars, kettlebells, sleds, plyometric equipment, and more
- Everything needed to deliver evidence-based, active rehabilitation
We believe physiotherapy extends beyond the treatment table. Our clinicians are encouraged to integrate manual therapy, exercise prescription, performance training, and functional rehabilitation to help patients return to their highest level.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based treatment using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and movement-based rehabilitation
- Design progressive rehabilitation and return-to-sport programs
- Manage acute and post-operative orthopaedic conditions, including ACL reconstruction, meniscus repairs, shoulder surgeries, ankle injuries, and other sports-related conditions
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term performance
- Document assessments and treatments accurately using JaneApp EMR
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care
- Maintain a professional, positive, and patient-focused environment
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Optional opportunities for sports team coverage and community outreach
Qualifications Required
- Registered Physiotherapist or Resident Physiotherapist eligible to practice in Ontario
- Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
