Working in partnership with our Camp Leaders (mostly Waldorf teachers) for specialized camp weeks (Anime manga, soapbox car construction, art, building simple machines, puppetry, photography, etc.) the Camp Counsellor will facilitate summer day camp activities including cooking, crafts, gardening, storytelling, singing, supervision of games, providing childcare and maintaining a safe and clean environment. The Camp Counsellor will be required to provide age-specific programming for children in a mixed-age day camp. The Camp Counsellors will also be assisting the Kindergarten Camp leader with quiet time for children in the camp aged 7 and under.
