Inked Energy is a Oil and Gas Construction company local to Grande Prairie that is involved in facility and pipeline construction, fabrication, and maintenance.
Candidate is responsible for assisting with operating telehandler, wheel loader, and skid steer for loading/unloading material and moving piping and structures in the fab yard as they arise. General shop and yard maintenance and organizing to support equipment coordinator, dispatch, and project managers.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Driving 1 ton deck truck, 2 ton picker trucks, and pickups.
- Pulling trailers between vendors, Inked yards, and customer job sites.
- Loading and unloading material and equipment safely.
- Using skid steers, loader, and telehandler for moving material.
- Work with the HSE department to complete monthly inspections and audits.
- Strong communication skills, able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Other job duties as required, as the above duties and responsibilities may change based on requirements in the always changing workforce.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of directly related experience
- Driving and towing experience using 1 ton and 2 ton trucks.
- Load securement experience.
- Experience and certifications for using skid steers, loaders, and telehandlers.
- Off road driving experience.
- Oil Field Industry knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Ability to maintain client and employee relationships.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
