Back of House (BOH) team members are responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient food preparation, consistent quality, and compliance with food safety standards. Working behind the scenes, BOH staff play a critical role in delivering a positive dining experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and teamwork. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow established procedures, and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate food production.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare enough dried goods, meat, frozen items, mushrooms and vegetables for next shift;
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations;
- Refill sauce bar, clean sauce bar surfaces and change sauce containers;
- Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the manager.
- Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor
-Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:30 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am)
