- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment aligned with Arby’s values.
- Qualifications:
- Proven supervising or management experience in a food service or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
- Experience with POS systems, preferably Micros POS.
- Ability to handle cash accurately.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food industry preferred.'
