Role Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to expand Kepler’s market presence in Ontario. The ideal candidate will proactively generate leads, engage new prospects, and close sales with homeowners, contractors, and commercial customers. You will represent Kepler’s product portfolio and solution-based value in a highly competitive HVAC market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify, research, and qualify outbound sales leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into outbound opportunities.
2. Sales Engagement
- Conduct outreach to homeowners, HVAC contractors, developers, builders, and distributors.
- Educate prospects on Kepler’s products (heat pumps, heat pump hot water systems, split systems).
- Customize sales messaging to address specific customer needs.
3. Sales Conversion
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies.
4. CRM Management
- Update and track activities, leads, and deals in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Report weekly sales activities and pipeline status to Territory Sales Manager.
5. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, incentives, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer insights.
6. Customer Relationship
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal support to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High-school diploma or post-secondary education (Sales/Business degree is a plus).
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in HVAC, building products, construction, or related industries.
Skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach.
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple, value-driven way.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
- Excellent time management and organization.
Tools
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
Language
- Fluent in English (French is an asset).

Pay: $36,247.45-$188,186.17 per year
