Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and issue resolution
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
- Engage in upselling and sales activities to promote products and services
- Provide multilingual support in both English and Hindi to accommodate diverse clientele
- Apply effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Support team members by sharing insights and best practices for customer engagement
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual proficiency in Hindi is highly preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling techniques
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach
- Knowledge of phone etiquette standards and professional demeanor during interactions
