Your Role:
As a Physiotherapist at Flex Physio & Wellness, you’ll assess and treat a diverse range of conditions, developing tailored rehabilitation plans using evidence-based approaches that empower individuals to regain strength, mobility, and quality of life. Working collaboratively with a team that prioritizes compassionate, patient-centered care, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to provide physiotherapy diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based one-on-one treatments to assist patients in achieving their individual rehabilitation goals
- Educate patients on rehabilitation timelines and expectations, injury prevention, and self-management techniques
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charting
- Engaging with external stakeholders and sources of client referrals
- Manage patient appointments and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care
- Stay informed on the latest physiotherapy techniques and evidence-based best practices
Qualifications:
- Licensed and registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the Alberta College of Physiotherapists
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor
- Motivation to provide for patient-centered and evidence-based care
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Assets:
- Specialization in areas such as sports injuries, pelvic health, concussion, and/or vestibular rehabilitation
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience with JaneApp or other EMR systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $130,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
