Required Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Rural Acute Care and/or ER experience within the last six months. Perform CPR.
Preferred Qualifications:
ACLS certification (current). Relevant additional education/certification in wound care, palliative care, NVCI, CTAS is considered an asset.
