Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and highly motivated Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) to join our team and help deliver top-quality care to our clients. The Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to clients undergoing aesthetic and health treatments. This includes administering procedures for both men's and women's health treatments such as ED treatment, vaginal rejuvenation, and more. The RN will also assist in clients education, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment throughout the care process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer men’s and women’s health treatments, including but not limited to ED treatment, vaginal rejuvenation, IV injections.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining treatments, reviewing their treatment history, and ensuring their comfort.
- Monitor and assess patient responses during and after treatments, ensuring immediate care and support as necessary.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all clinic policies and regulations.
- Ensure all equipment and medical supplies are maintained and sterilized according to clinic standards.
- Provide compassionate and responsive patient care while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and professional environment.
- Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries as needed.
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with experience in an aesthetic or medical spa setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of men’s and women’s health treatments and aesthetic procedures
- Ability to perform treatments with high attention to detail and patient safety.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to educate and support patients throughout the treatment process.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
