Canada-Based | Growth-Stage Global Aesthetics Company
Overview
We are a fast-growing, global aesthetics pharmaceutical company establishing and scaling our Canadian commercial organization. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to build and execute our Canadian marketing strategy during a pivotal phase of commercial growth. This role will be responsible for shaping commercial strategy, strengthening brand presence, and driving demand across our aesthetic portfolio.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for an experienced marketing leader who thrives in a growth-stage environment and has the proven ability to translate strategy into measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution across multiple channels
- Develop programs to drive consumer awareness, customer adoption, and empowers sales team to be successful with customers
- Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure compliant, effective go-to-market strategies
- Oversee product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization
- Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making, measure performance, and continuously improve impact
- Product management including forecasting, demand planning, market research, ROI analysis
- Manage agency partners, budgets, and vendor relationships with strong financial discipline
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or related field required, MBA considered an asset.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive marketing leadership experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Significant experience in aesthetics, pharma, biotech, or other regulated healthcare environments
- Proven track record of building brands and driving commercial growth
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
- Hands-on, adaptable leader comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization French is considered an asset
