Who You Are:
- A licensed hairstylist or Experienced in Manitoba with at least 1 year of salon experience
- Passionate about your craft, whether that’s cutting, colouring, styling, or texture services
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused
- Motivated to grow your career and stay on top of trends
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, upbeat environment
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional hair services that leave clients feeling confident and cared for
- Offer expert consultations and recommend styles or treatments suited to each client
- Keep up with new techniques, products, and trends
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support overall salon flow
- Help build and retain a loyal client base through quality and connection
