Overview
Conquer Clinic is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team, located inside a gym in the High Park area of Toronto — a high-traffic, high-demand neighborhood. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time. We welcome new graduates and experienced therapists alike, and all massage modalities are considered.
Compensation is a split percentage of clients seen. We provide the treatment room, massage table, and all linens. The RMT is responsible for bringing their own massage oil. All client bookings and clerical work are fully managed by the clinic. Please note we do not offer direct billing.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client consultations to assess their health history and specific concerns.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments if necessary.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new massage techniques through ongoing education.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and treatment plans is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a professional setting.
