Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, colour, highlights, balayage, blowouts, and special treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Sometimes manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and they leave satisfied.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Hair Stylist (3+years)
- Prefers hairstylist with Red Seal Certificate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards relevant to salon environments.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$45.00 per hour
