Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Cleaner to join our Post Construction/Pre-occupancy cleaning crew. in Victoria BC. This role involves working in newly built residential buildings Vacuuming, sweeping, detailing window tracks, basic interior window detailing, dust, debris removal throughout each suite to prep for occupancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, previous cleaning experience, and a commitment to providing a clean and safe environment for clients. This position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, Vacuuming, mopping, dust removal and trash removal in assigned areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
