We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for outside sales and business development to expand our client portfolio
- Manage existing accounts through effective account management techniques, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct sales activities by identifying prospects, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals
- Utilize marketing tools and techniques to generate leads and increase brand awareness in target markets
- Leverage analysis skills to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering long-term relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and support technical sales initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Business development experience with a focus on expanding market reach
- Excellent account management capabilities to nurture ongoing client relationships
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools used in sales growth efforts
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data and inform sales strategies
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in French is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients
