Bernie’s Pizza & Martini Bar is seeking an experienced Pizza Maker to join our fast-paced kitchen team. We are a high-volume restaurant known for great food, strong teamwork, and delivering an excellent guest experience. If you thrive in a busy environment and take pride in crafting quality pizzas consistently, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Stretch, top, and finish pizzas efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly
Requirements:
- Previous pizza-making experience is required
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
