- Review applications promptly and provide hiring managers with regular updates on qualified candidates and recruitment progress.
- Conduct telephone and virtual pre-screening interviews to develop strong candidate shortlists.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews while serving as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, selection practices, and employment offers.
- Provide thoughtful advice regarding salary recommendations, compensation considerations, and offer negotiations.
- Coordinate background checks, professional licensing verification, references, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Create and deliver an engaging and consistent onboarding program for new employees joining Mint.
- Develop, monitor, and continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes across the organization.
- Review recruitment-related policies and practices to support fair, consistent, and legally compliant hiring decisions.
- Evaluate and optimize BambooHR’s Applicant Tracking System, including recommending and implementing configuration improvements.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate conversion, and placement success.
- Identify hiring trends and provide management with practical recruitment plans, workforce insights, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop strategic partnerships with post-secondary institutions, pharmacy programs, and professional organizations to build a strong new-graduate candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate and represent Mint at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Approximately three to five years of experience in a recruitment-focused role.

- Strong negotiation skills and sound judgment when discussing compensation and terms of employment.
- A highly organized and responsive approach, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use recruitment data to evaluate results and recommend improvements.
- Comfort using job boards, professional networking platforms, social media, and niche recruitment websites to attract talent.
Preferred Experience:
