Join the Om Organics Team
Om Organics is an award-winning Canadian skincare company dedicated to creating clean, plant-based products that help people feel confident in their skin. We're looking for a motivated, reliable team member to join our Production & Fulfillment team.
This is a hands-on role where every day is a little different. You'll help manufacture our products, prepare customer orders, and ensure every package leaving our facility reflects the quality and care our brand is known for.

What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will include a combination of production and fulfillment activities, including:
Production
- Fill skincare products into bottles, jars, and tubes
- Label and package finished products
- Box finished goods and prepare inventory for storage
- Assemble product kits and promotional bundles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production area
- Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards
Fulfillment
- Pick and pack customer and wholesale orders accurately
- Prepare shipments for courier pickup
- Restock inventory and packing supplies
- Assist with inventory counts and organization
- Help maintain an efficient, organized warehouse
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Enjoys physical, hands-on work
- Is dependable and punctual
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Learns quickly and enjoys improving processes
- Can comfortably lift up to 40 lbs
- Takes pride in keeping a clean and organized workspace
Manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience is an asset but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
