High Level Exteriors is looking for a reliable, motivated person to train and develop into a lead siding installer.
We’re a family-owned exterior renovation company serving Ottawa and the surrounding area. Our work is high-quality residential exteriors — James Hardie, LP SmartSide, vinyl, premium aluminum, soffit, fascia, custom capping, and full exterior transformations.
Duties
- Help and learn to install various types of siding materials on residential buildings according to project specifications
- Measure and cut materials accurately using hand tools and power tools
- Assist in preparing job sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment
- Perform heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Experience in construction or carpentry is considered an asset
- Reading a tape measure & basic math
- Comfortable on ladders
- Safe use of hand & power tools
- Reliable, punctual, takes direction well
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Demonstrating versatility across various tasks
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role within the company
