Permanent Part-time Cleaning Supervisor

$22-25 an hour
- Primarily weekday, daytime hours, with flexibility for scheduling coverage and urgent client needs
- Monday to Friday, core hours 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required on a rare, urgent basis
Cleaning Fairy Canada is a locally owned residential and commercial cleaning company serving Calgary, Airdrie, and the surrounding area. We're growing our team in Calgary and looking for an experienced, reliable Cleaning Supervisor to work alongside our cleaning staff, lead by example, uphold our quality standards, and help our clients and team continue to grow with us.
This is a hands-on role - you'll be cleaning alongside the team, not just managing from the sidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular and deep cleaning directly, alongside the team, across residential and commercial sites.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of Cleaners across residential and commercial sites.
- Inspect completed jobs to confirm cleaning checklists and quality standards were met.
- Prepare schedules and coordinate coverage for shifts and last-minute changes.
- Train and coach new and existing Cleaners.
- Respond to and resolve client concerns professionally.
- Monitor supplies and equipment and coordinate restocking or repairs.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience required.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Able to understand instructions and communicate in English.
- Involves regular work in homes with pets.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented, with strong leadership skills.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
