Green Storage is looking for a motivated, self-driven Client Relationship Associate to join our Aurora Edward Street team in a part-time role. This position requires weekend availability, with the flexibility to pick up additional weekday shifts from time to time as needed for coverage.

About the Role
As a Client Relationship Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of Green Storage - Aurora Edward Street and a key part of the site’s day-to-day success. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, administration, and facility upkeep, sometimes all in the same day.
You’ll help customers choose the right unit, keep the facility clean and presentable, and support strong operational performance. Self-motivation is essential, as you’ll often work independently and take ownership of the property’s results.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Sales
- Provide friendly, professional service in person, by phone, and via email
- Help customers choose the right unit and confidently close rentals
- Promote value-added products and services
- Build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding client experience
Operations & Property Care
- Keep the property, office, and buildings clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Complete regular facility walkthroughs and ensure safety standards are met
- Handle daily opening/closing tasks and ensure the site is always presentable
Administration & Business Support
- Process payments, deposits, and rental documentation accurately
- Maintain account records and assist with reconciliations
- Support marketing, community engagement, and local outreach
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to location targets
- Participate in training and company initiatives that promote teamwork and excellence
About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy helping people, solving problems, and closing sales
- Highly self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, property operations, or office admin is an asset (but not required — we provide full training)
- Available to work weekends and able to pick up additional weekday shifts occasionally for coverage
