Job Summary
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will support daily HR operations under the direction of your Manager. You will assist with human resources functions, general office tasks, and collaborate with the HR team on initiatives aligned with company goals. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment of Field and Administrative employees.

Support recruitment and retention efforts to enhance branch capacity.

Assist in organizing Orientation Sessions.
Human Resources Management:
-
Maintain accurate employee human resources files.
-
Respond to employee HR inquiries.

Complete reference checks and employment verifications.

Support the completion of employee forms for various programs and Workers Compensation claims management.
Compliance and Safety:
-
Participate in the Health and Safety Program.

Stay informed on provincial employment legislation and support compliance.

Identify Health & Safety concerns and notify supervisors.
General Office Administration:
Professional Development and Quality Assurance:

Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities.

Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.

Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information.
Qualifications:
Education
Minimum – Secondary school diploma
Preferred – College diploma in HR Management or Administrative Assistant program or related diploma
Experience
A minimum of two years varied HR and/or office administration experience
Other Skills and Abilities

Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in Windows applications, databases, email, and internet tools.

Strong administrative writing skills.

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently or in a team.

Commitment to continuous learning.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
