We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Tanning Consultant. If you love customer service, enjoy creating content, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to every client.
- Sell tanning packages, memberships, retail products, and other services.
- Answer client questions and stay knowledgeable on all products and services.
- Greet clients, check them in, and manage their accounts.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and confirm appointments.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk, reception area, and tanning rooms.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and rooms between every client and throughout each shift.
- Cash handling and opening/closing procedures (key holder responsibilities).
- Work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Capture photos and videos in the salon for social media.
- Create engaging Instagram Stories and behind-the-scenes content.
- Assist with filming Reels featuring products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Comfortable appearing in and creating social media content.
- Experience with Instagram and TikTok is considered an asset.
- Retail or sales experience is an asset but not required.
Hours may fluctuate based on business needs. We guarantee a minimum of one shift per week, with the opportunity to work up to three shifts per week.
