The Role
We are looking for a Laborer / Installation and Construction to join our teams in the field. You will be involved in the many products that we sell and install in outdoor spaces: Playgrounds, Splash pads, Shelters, Pavilions, and more. As well, there will be the opportunity to be involved in some general landscape construction projects that surround the equipment we install.

Qualifications
* Professional attitude and work well as a team member
* Committed to goals and willing to learn
* Some previous construction industry experience and safety regulations are
*Clear criminal record
* Must have a valid license, class 1 is an asset
Preferred
* Load and offload machinery safely
* Ability to lift to 50lbs unassisted and 80lbs assisted
*Equipment experience is an asset – Excavator, Skid steer etc.
* Maintain equipment
* Ability to understand site layouts and construction drawings preferred
* Good mechanical and mathematical skills
* Ability to travel regularly, including overnight stay requirements
* Working as part of a team
* Perform general construction duties such as raking, digging, lifting, moving equipment, building forms, and operating equipment
* Plan, organize and prepare for the installation with your team
* Load, unload, and install the various types of equipment we sell - Playground, Splash Pads, Shelters, Benches, Bike Racks, et cetera
* Ensure a high level of quality on the job site, while maintaining a safe work environment
* Teamwork and individual initiative to put in the over-time to get the job completed on time
* The position will involve extensive travel, including overnight stays (expenses covered by the employer)
*Must be able to travel out of the province within the Maritimes consistently

* You will have steady work of 44 to 60 hours per week
* We work from April 1st to the freeze and then some
